經過二十年的熟落淬鍊，主廚 Michael 從傳統烘焙出發，歷練於法式餐廳耐點廚房與廠店，不斷精進技藝。這份專注最終在 2014 年，孕育出 HIDDEN LANE® 的誕生。
我們將甜點編織進日常生活裡，窩巷相信，一份美好的甜點，能讓再困難的挑戰都變得輕盈。每一個作品都是對這份信念的詮釋。
